Our Founder
Siabh is the proud founder and owner of Raven Accounting Services and the “Chief Connector” at Women in Business – Melbourne’s West. With a passion for supporting women in business and increasing financial literacy for all, Siabh is an experienced business owner with a background in the entertainment industry.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Siabh graduated from Total Business Services Training and founded her bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory business in 2012. She has since grown Raven into a sustainable and successful business, with a team of like-minded bookkeepers who share her vision and passion for empowering businesses.
Through her years of experience, Siabh has observed that many businesses struggle with poorly integrated systems and workflows, making it challenging to make informed financial decisions. As a result, she is dedicated to helping businesses implement back-office technology that streamlines their operations, facilitates growth, and provides the freedom that business owners crave.
By getting to know each business intimately, suggesting improvements to processes and technology, and implementing robust automated systems, Siabh helps businesses achieve their financial goals and enables them to focus on growth and success. I have worked for Raven Accounting Services for 7 years and enjoy the variety of clients we work with, no day is the same!
Prior to this, I worked in the manufacturing, banking, mining, airline and event industries as a financial analyst. The highlight of my career has been working on the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne where I was part of the financial planning team working within the Ticketing team.
I am a cricket tragic and love footy, I am a passionate Carlton supporter. Most weekends are spent watching my 2 children play sport.
